Mediation Training

The Hull Firm provides comprehensive mediation trainings that educate individuals in conflict resolution, the mediation process, and special topics that occur within the field. Each training focuses on teaching individuals to become effective mediators using the most pertinent research and information, active demonstrations, and participating in real life role play scenarios with on the spot feedback and coaching to enhance their mediation skills.  Course tuition includes training manuals, lunch, and the $25  Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution Training Fee.

Domestic Mediation Training

Domestic Mediation Training (42 Hours) & Practicum (12 Hours)

Date:  April 17-21 (training) May 19-20 (practicum);  July 17-21 (training) July 28-29 (practicum); and November 27-December 1 (training) December 8-9 (practicum)

* Training courses can be added with a minimum of 4 people .  
 It should be noted that the fact that a training program has been approved by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution does not imply that any particular court annexed or court referred program must or will accept as neutrals those who have completed that program. Each local court program is expected to exercise its discretion with reference to the qualifications of each neutral and may inquire into the training received by such neutral. Completion of a state-approved program does not automatically qualify one as a neutral in any local program.
