Our Practice Areas

 Our attorneys represent families through all stages of the child welfare system including dependency court proceedings, juvenile delinquency cases, guardianship, termination of parental rights,  education and special education issues, and other civil actions affecting children. Our mission includes advocating for all children with disabilities; protecting all children from abuse, neglect, abandonment and other forms of harm; promoting family preservation when possible; supporting families through difficult times; and helping parents understand how the law works so they can make informed decisions about their children in the present, and for the future.
